Order Processing
Every order is shipped within 5 days of the order date. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation via WhatsApp (0321-9128121) and email (ecofloraa@gmail.com).
If you haven’t received any communication from us within 5 days of placing your order, please contact customer support.
Delivery
We ship through our logistics partners TCS and PostEx, who typically take 2–4 days to deliver plants after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city and courier load.
Packaging
Plants are living products, so we ship them in sturdy, breathable packaging designed to protect them in transit while allowing proper ventilation and airflow until they reach you.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your plant or pot arrives damaged, or any part of your order is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with images — see our Refund Policy for full details on replacement claims.
